What to write in your first message
It does not have to be long or polished. These four things are enough for me to reply with specifics:

- Subject
- Enquiry from the SiteBest website
- 01 Industry e.g. “physiotherapy practice, two treatment rooms”
- 02 What you have today e.g. “a WordPress site from 2019” or “only Instagram”
- 03 What you need e.g. “a new website and online booking”
- 04 Timeline e.g. “before the season, by March”
When I will reply
I reply personally to every message. If I am in the middle of a project it may take a little while, but no message goes unanswered.
Why there is no form
Plain email is simpler: you write from your own inbox, you keep a copy of the message, and I collect no data through the website.
