Enquiries that land where they should, on their own
Pillar 02 · Process automation
// In brief
I connect your website, email, calendar, spreadsheet and CRM into automated n8n workflows. A typical example: an enquiry from a form or email goes into a spreadsheet or CRM, the client gets a reply straight away, and you get a reminder if nobody has called back. Less retyping, fewer lost clients and less work after hours.

Frequently asked questions
What is n8n?
A tool for connecting apps into automated workflows, similar to Zapier or Make, but it can run on your own server. That way your data does not have to pass through yet another external service.
Do I need a CRM?
No. A Google Sheet is often enough to start. We add a CRM when you have so many clients that a spreadsheet no longer does the job.
What if an automation breaks?
Every workflow has an error notification. If something fails, you know straight away, not a week later from a client.
How much does it cost?
I quote individually after we talk through the process. Any tool fees come on top, and we discuss them before we start.
