01Who is the controller

The data controller is SiteBest (sitebest.eu). For any matter concerning personal data, you can write to the email address given on the contact page.

02Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media plugins. Fonts are loaded from the same server, not from external services.

In your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) I save only the names of the projects you view, to show them in the footer. This is not personal data, it never reaches me or anyone else, and it disappears when you close the tab.

03Hosting

The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. On every visit Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. The rules are described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

04When you send an email

If you write to me, I process your email address, your name (if you give it) and the content of your message.

  • Purpose: replying to your message, preparing a proposal and quote and, if we start working together, carrying out the work.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, namely handling correspondence).
  • Retention: for the duration of our conversation and, if we do not start working together, no longer than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, for as long as the law requires, e.g. tax law.
  • Recipients: the provider of the mailbox where the correspondence is stored. I do not sell data or pass it to anyone for marketing.

05Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just send an email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
