01 — Problem

A hungry person decides in seconds: they want the menu, the phone number and whether the oven is still on today. This is how I would build a site for a Neapolitan pizzeria that takes orders by phone for pick-up.

02 — Decisions

  1. Scrolling = 90 seconds in the oven

A scene played from video frames on canvas: the pizza bakes at 450°C as you scroll, and the leopard spots on the crust reveal 5 “secrets” of the dough.

  2. The oven, live

The oven status is calculated in Warsaw time: you see at once whether the pizzeria is open and until when.

  3. A menu you browse

21 items with photos, “veggie” and “spicy” filters with smooth card reshuffling, and a photo preview under the cursor.

  4. No jank on phones

On phones the scene is held with CSS sticky instead of script pinning — scrolling stays smooth.

  5. AI, clearly labelled

Photos and animation are AI-generated (Google Flow and Grok), and the footer says so plainly.

03 — Result

Five pages in Polish and English. After a dedicated performance pass, the mobile score went from 93 to 98, with 100 on desktop.

05 — Google sees

What this website tells search engines and AI

  • The title “Lampart — pizzeria neapolitańska w Łodzi” and a description with specifics: a 450°C oven, dough that rests for at least a day.
  • hreflang pl/en with x-default and canonicals.
  • sitemap.xml with 10 addresses and language versions.
  • The demo has no structured data — for a real pizzeria I would add Restaurant with the menu and opening hours.
  • The fictional pizzeria demo is blocked from search engines (noindex and robots.txt).
