28/28 concept project

Ambra: aesthetic medicine clinic run by doctors · Warsaw

Every treatment on a cross-section of skin: you see how deep it works, what it costs and which doctor performs it.

Concept project - how I would build a website for a business in this field: aesthetic medicine clinic run by doctors. The business and its details are fictional.

01The challenge

People considering an aesthetic treatment fear two things: not knowing what exactly will be done, and ending up with the wrong person. Clinic websites usually show smiling faces and a price list. This is how I would build a site for a doctor-run clinic in Mokotów, Warsaw: knowledge and safety first, then the decision.

02What I did

  1. A cross-section of skin like amber against the light

The first screen shows a photo of the layers of skin. Pick a treatment and a beam of light goes down to the layer it works in, with the depth in millimetres and the starting price. Eight treatments, from a chemical peel to botulinum toxin.

  2. Treatment cards with a back side

The front of each card shows depth and price, the back shows what is usually missing: healing time, number of sessions, when to say no, possible side effects and who performs the treatment.

  3. Safety instead of promises

A separate section explains where the products come from, that the batch number goes into the records, how to check the doctor and the clinic in public registers, what to do if something goes wrong after a treatment, and who will not be treated.

  4. Consultation as the first step

The site leads to a paid consultation, not straight to a treatment. The booking calendar shows the doctors’ free hours, and the optional health questionnaire is folded away and only asks for consent when someone fills it in.

  5. A menu inside a drop

The logo is a drop of amber in the middle of the header. When you scroll, the header folds into the drop alone, and one click brings the menu back. On phones a bottom bar always offers “Book a consultation”, the phone number and the menu.

  6. A clinic dashboard

Reception sees today’s and the week’s visits with the doctor, the treatment and the questionnaire answers. Patient details are partly hidden, and a visit can be cancelled from the link in the confirmation.

03Result

A clinic website that explains treatments before anyone has to ask, and leads to a consultation rather than an impulse. Speed 99/100 on mobile and 100/100 on desktop, accessibility 100, and nothing jumps while the page loads.

How customers find this website

  • Google knows it is a doctor-run clinic in Mokotów, with its opening hours, doctors and treatments with starting prices.
  • The most common questions are prepared so that Google and AI assistants can quote the answers.
  • The demo is hidden from search engines because the business is fictional.
