13/13 concept project
Karton: homes, offices and cleaning · Warsaw
A quote printed like a label on a box: enter the floor area, floors and date and see the price range, crew and time at once.
Concept project - how I would build a website for a business in this field: homes, offices and cleaning. The business and its details are fictional.

01The challenge
Moving house is stressful, and the price is usually a mystery until someone comes to look. People write to several companies and wait for a call back, without even knowing what range to expect. This is how I would build a site for a Warsaw removals and after-move cleaning company: an instant quote right on the page, and the whole site looks like a parcel ready to ship.
02What I did
-
A quote on a shipping label
The form is printed like a label on the side of a box. Visitors set the floor area, the floor and lift at both ends, the date and packing, and the label shows the price range, crew size, working time and number of boxes straight away. Weekends cost more, and a large flat is split into two working days, just like at a real company.
-
A stack that grows with the flat
On the first screen boxes drop and settle into a stack, then a “Warsaw and area” stamp lands. When visitors change the floor area, the stack grows or shrinks with the number of boxes. The animation is drawn with code and finishes in under 3 seconds.
-
A whole world of parcels
Stamps, packing tape and cardboard texture. The services are labels stuck on a second box, the steps run along a strip of tape, the review sits on a waybill and the common questions are a packing list. Everything apart from two photos is drawn with code, so the page stays light.
-
Quote and booking under your thumb
On phones a bar with “Show quote” and “Call” buttons sits at the bottom edge. Once the quote is on screen, the first button turns into “Book a date” and carries the quote over to the order form, so nothing needs retyping.
-
Fast despite the cardboard
The cardboard texture, tape and stamps are small drawings, not large photos. The main headline is visible from the very first moment, and nothing jumps while the page loads.
-
Honestly labelled
The business is fictional, the number is all zeros, and the review and the insurance policy number are marked as samples. The photos are AI-generated and labelled on the site as illustrative.
03Result
One page where visitors check for themselves roughly what the move will cost and how long it will take, then book a date or call straight away. Speed 94/100 on mobile and 100 on desktop, and nothing jumps while the page loads.

How customers find this website
- The title says what and where: removals in Warsaw with an instant quote.
- Google knows it is a removals company and knows its services, “from” prices and service area, because they are written on the page in a way it reads directly.
- The most common questions are set up so Google and AI assistants can quote the answers.
- The demo is hidden from search engines, because the business is fictional.
