01The challenge
Apartment buyers want to check three things fast: which units are available, what they cost and where they sit in the building. The developer needs an admin panel where sales staff change status and price themselves, without calling the agency. This demo shows how I build such a site on WordPress: a custom theme and a custom plugin, no page builder.
02What I did

A window instead of a table
Each building facade is drawn from the admin data: changing an apartment status instantly changes the window colour. A click opens the unit page with its floor plan and price. It also works with a keyboard and on phones.

Search without reloading
Filters for rooms, floor, area and balcony respond instantly, and the selection is saved in a link you can send to family. Without JavaScript it works as a regular form.

Three developments, one admin panel
Under construction, ready to move in and planned. Each has a timeline, posts from the site and its own facade, and the planned one collects “notify me when sales start” sign-ups.

An enquiry that does not get lost
The form saves the enquiry in the admin panel and sends it over a secured connection to a CRM or an automation (e.g. n8n). If the receiver does not respond, the site retries on its own.

Favourites and an instant instalment
Visitors mark apartments with a heart and compare them side by side, no account needed. Each apartment page shows an estimated mortgage instalment.

Motion that does not slow things down
On arrival a line draws the building, the windows light up floor by floor and the river reflection ripples under your finger. The waves are computed in a separate browser thread, so the site stays fast on phones.
03Result
A complete developer website in two languages: 3 developments and 52 apartments managed in WordPress, mobile speed 92-100, accessibility 100. The code has tests and automatic checks on every change.

How customers find this website
- Every apartment tells Google its area, rooms, floor, price and availability.
- Developments are described as apartment complexes with their location and number of available units.
- The Polish and English versions are linked, so Google shows the right language.
- The demo is hidden from search engines, because the developer is fictional.
